  8. Intellectual Property All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to designs, concepts, and documents created by us during the course of the engagement, remain our property unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

  9. Confidentiality We will treat all client information as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without your consent unless required by law. Similarly, you agree to keep any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed by us confidential.
